Refund Policy
Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions. Until paid checkout is enabled, accounts operate on the free plan and no charges occur — there is nothing to refund.
Who sells the subscription
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle as merchant of record: Paddle is the seller of record, collects payment, issues the invoice and settles applicable VAT. Refunds are executed through Paddle to your original payment method.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because EasyApply is a digital service supplied immediately, at checkout you will be asked to expressly consent to performance beginning at once, and this consent is confirmed in your purchase receipt (durable medium). If you withdraw within the 14-day period, you receive a refund reduced in proportion to the service already provided — the elapsed part of the billing period and the plan allowance you used (documents already generated). If you withdraw promptly without having used the plan's AI allowance, you receive a full refund.
Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically for successive monthly periods until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time — in your account or via the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
- Outside the 14-day withdrawal window we do not refund the remainder of a started period, except where required by law or provided below.
Non-conformity
If the Service does not conform to the contract (Polish Consumer Rights Act, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770), you may demand that it be brought into conformity; where the law so provides, you may claim a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract — in which case the corresponding refund is made through Paddle.
How to request a refund
Write to support@easyapply.com from your account address, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. We respond within 72 hours. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
